Two hires for Hamptons
Estate agent, Hamptons, has expanded its residential development consultancy team with the addition of Holly Stock and Corinne Garside.
Holly joins as Head of Development Consultancy for London, and Corinne as Head of Development Consultancy, Greater London & Country to spearhead a growth drive for the division.
Their focus will be leading on the sourcing and securing of new business, while also building relationships with existing clients and looking for opportunities for further growth in both the consultancy business and potential new homes instructions.
Holly has spent the last 11 years in the JLL Residential Development team where she advised developers on new build residential projects. She worked on large scale regeneration projects, including the first launch of the Battersea Power Station and more recently, established the dedicated Help to Buy team working with developers on the development strategy, sales and marketing process in London zones two and three.
Corinne has over 20 years’ experience within the residential development sector in London and the South East, starting her career at Berkeley Homes and also working for DTZ Residential and Savills. Her experience includes working on projects such as Grosvenor Waterside and Chelsea Bridge Wharf, as well as local developments, such as the regeneration of Chatham Dockyard (The Quays).
