The Federation of Independent Agents (FIA) has entered into a network-exclusive partnership with former Homesearch guru Simon Gates (inset main pic).

Gates’ consultancy ‘Opening The Gates’ launched just a few weeks ago and already has dozens of estate agency clients

EXCLUSIVE ACCESS

Under terms of the deal all FIA members and their teams will have free exclusive access to a quarterly online masterclass session based upon modern lead generation techniques, hosted by Gates who will share the best of his ideas.

Graham Lock (main picture), founder of the FIA, says: “Our members are modern in their approach to estate agency and they like to learn new techniques and skills that can set them apart, Simon is the perfect person to deliver this.

“Every quarter our members and their teams will gain access to a range of new skills that will be a valuable asset and keep them out in front of the competition.

Estate agency is seen by some as slow-moving and change-resistant.”

“Estate agency is seen by some as slow-moving and change-resistant, it’s actually quite the opposite. To survive in the modern era of fast-moving technology agents must learn new skills or risk being left behind, this partnership again shows that The FIA are always looking forwards to ensure our members have everything they need to continue to be the leaders in their exclusive areas.”

WHIRLWIND START

Gates adds: “It’s been a whirlwind start to my consultancy career and I’ve been blown away by the response so far.

“When I got the call from Graham to join forces with the FIA network it really was a great moment for me.

“I recognise the standards that the FIA members adhere to and how difficult it can be to gain membership but that’s what excites me the most and I look forward to working with such high calibre independents.”
