Bell Ingram has announced the appointment of a new estate agent and a property assistant, boasting 37 years of industry experience between them.

Carl Warden and Moira Webley, both from Perthshire, will be based in Bell Ingram’s Perth office, focusing on properties.

Carl and Moira, who first met more than 35 years ago as family friends, have joined from estate agents Savills UK, where they had worked for the last nine years.

Carl’s passion for property began whilst undertaking a traineeship at Stewart Wise Ogilvie in 1989 and he has since accumulated over 27 years of experience in the industry. Moira has worked across the legal and property sector for over 30 years.

Carl, who takes up a role as Senior Associate, said, “I am delighted to be working for a company as highly regarded as Bell Ingram and am looking forward to the new challenges.”
