CKD Galbraith has announced the appointment of two new members of staff to strengthen their Premium Property Buying department.

Anna Henderson and Scott Hall will assist private clients to find and purchase estates and high-end properties across Scotland. Based in CKD Galbraith’s Edinburgh office, they will work closely with the firm’s wider team including well respected partners, John Bound, Simon Brown, consultant William Jackson and their associate firm in London, CKD Kennedy Macpherson.

John Bound, Partner, said, “For many years we’ve assisted clients with finding and acquiring estates, farms and high-end properties at the best price – often before they come to the open market.

“The appointment of Anna and Scott – two highly motivated and skilled individuals – to our Premium Property Buying team is an investment by CKD Galbraith in this aspect of our business which
will place us well ahead of our competitors.”

Anna has spent the last 15 years as a Director of Rural Property for Savills. She has extensive knowledge of the sporting and premium property market.

Anna said, “I’ve handled a diverse portfolio of property across Scotland but this role offers me the chance to work alongside some of the best negotiators in the country at a time when Scottish estates are globally sought after.”

Scott has a strong background in the leisure industry and experience of working with high-profile clients and multinational organisations. As well as his role in the Premium Property Buying department, he will also work closely with CKD Galbraith’s Sporting Lets department.

Scott said, “The prime property and estates market in Scotland is stirring again with more properties over £1million coming to market.”
