Estate agency EXP launches commercial property ‘first’ in UK

Self-employed estate agency platform, EXP, has today launched its commercial property division, headed by Rob Jones.

Today’s official launch of its commercial division builds on EXP UK’s rapid growth in the residential sector and creates new opportunities at a time when the commercial property sector itself is demonstrating long-term strength.

According to the latest market data, the size of the UK commercial real estate agency industry has increased by 56% over the last decade (2004 to 2024), with annual revenue forecast to reach £8.1bn in 2025 following year-on-year growth of 8.2%.

eXp UK’s commercial offering will cover office, retail, industrial, land and mixed-use sectors, with dedicated training, resources and support for commercial agents.

Commercial agents will be able to benefit from eXp’s unique commission structure, maintaining 70% of commission earned, rising to 100% for the best performing agents.

Led by the best

The commercial property division will be driven by Head of EXP UK Commercial, Rob Jones (main image), a seasoned industry professional with a career built on the management of both national and international companies.
