Marketing firm Superb Digital has launched a free artificial intelligence (AI) readiness quiz for estate agents, designed to help firms understand how visible and credible they appear in the emerging world of AI-driven search.

The questions are designed to uncover to what degree an agency’s website is visible to AI systems, such as Google’s Search Generative Experience and Chat GPT, as well as their team’s ability to use AI tools safely and effectively in day-to-day marketing.

Participants receive a personalised PDF report with a readiness score and practical steps to improve performance.

Changing behaviours

The launch follows major changes in online behaviour. Recent research published in The Negotiator has suggested AI-generated traffic from platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity could surge from 0.05% in early 2025 to over 40% by mid-2028.

Property search summaries created by this new technology are already beginning to replace traditional search results – a trend that could affect how potential clients discover local agents, the firm claims.

“AI now does the searching for your customers,” says its founder, Paul Morris. “It interprets meaning and intent, compares options and presents the results as a single summary. If your website doesn’t clearly demonstrate expertise and local authority, you risk being invisible in both Google and AI search.”

Agents completing the quiz receive tailored recommendations on how they can strengthen their “GEO” (Generative Engine Optimisation) foundations, from clarity of content, freshness and local proof points to credibility signals such as staff bios and client testimonials.
