An estate agency in France established 15 years ago by two London-resident Frenchman is on the hunt for UK agents who fancy a more gallic lifestyle.

Sextant Properties, which has offices in London and Paris and is registered in the UK has been growing rapidly and is already one the leading agencies in France.

It is now on the hunt for British agents to join its existing 230-strong team to handle the continuing high level of enquiries and buyers looking to purchase property over the channel.

The company claims to have increased its network by 40% over the past 12 months and its sales by 18% despite the challenges of Brexit and the constrains on Brits living there now that the UK has left the EU.

Brits wishing to live in France who do not have residency or dual nationality are now only allowed to live in France for six months of the year, and only for three months at a time.

“Our goal is to have a total of 300 estate agents under the Sextant brand by the end of 2021 and cover 90% of France’s regions.”

Unusually, Sextant Properties is a member of both the NAEA and its French counterpart, SNPI.

“Successful candidates should be passionate about France and the French property market and go above and beyond when it comes to customer satisfaction,” adds Cany.

Recruits will receive in-house training on the French market and also lessons on how to speak – or improve – their French.

Agents interested in a Gallic move should email the company direct.
