Jeremy Gee joins from new homes builder Fairview which he joined in March 2017 but left in September last year to ‘return to estate agency’. Before that he worked for North London estate agency Glentree, where he was a director for 18 years alongside founder Trevor Abrahamsohn.

Prior to that he worked at Benham & Reeves where at just 25 years old he became one of the company’s youngest ever directors and where he honed his negotiation and deal making skills.

Gee will be working out of Beachamp Estates’ head office in Mayfair where is to run its London operation which includes another branch in Marylebone. The company also has offices in Cannes and Mykonos and affiliate branches in New York and Israel.

Beachamp also operates a ‘private office’, a property search service for the world’s uber wealthy.

“The network of contacts and the insights I bring to the estate agency and new homes sectors will enable me to advise the group’s corporate and private clients on strategy, acquisitions and sales across the capital,” says Gee.
