A platform backed by former LSL director David Newnes has launched a tool that enables estate agents to prospect for new business more easily and quickly.
BuildYourMarket has been developed by BriefYourMarket.com which was founded by tech entrepreneur Damon Bullimore and which, in February this year, received a significant investment from Newnes.
The pair say their innovative new software leverages an estate agent’s local market knowledge with historic customer data and on-market property movement information.
It also enables them to see all local active vendors and property movements, updated every 24 hours.
“It’s like having an additional member of the team totally focused on prospecting, who is never on holiday, never off sick, never too busy and at a fraction of the cost,” says Newnes.
BuildYourMarket searches across several data sources for new instructions coming onto the market, together with changes in status – such as price change or sale fall-through – within a simple dashboard.
The data integrates with agents’ CRM systems and enables them to see if the new seller is registered as one of their buyers or if they have previously carried out a valuation for them, and then choose how to communicate with them.
