Dataloft acquired in landmark property industry takeover deal

The well-known data firm will continue to operate as a separate legal entity in the UK but gain access to PriceHubble’s technology and Europe-wide data resources.

PriceHubble has snapped up UK residential property intelligence company Dataloft for an undisclosed sum – the fifth acquisition for the global property data and technology business since its UK launch last Autumn.

Dataloft will continue to operate as a separate legal entity in the UK while gaining access to PriceHubble’s technology and Europe-wide data resources under the ongoing leadership of Sandra Jones (main picture, left).

PriceHubble says it wants to partner with estate agents, mortgage brokers, IFAs, fintechs UK banks ands wealth managers to deliver property insights that can be digitally embedded into their customer journey, transforming engagement and overall business performance.

Dataloft was founded in the UK in 2009 and is a specialist residential market intelligence company, leveraging advanced analytics and geo-spatial techniques to visualise and report on market trends.

Its online platform, Dataloft Inform, translates millions of data points into trends, insights, and visualisations on local, regional and national housing markets.

It also offers the most comprehensive source of achieved rents and renter demographics in the UK through its Dataloft Rental Market Analytics (DRMA) platform.
