UKALA Offering real value in professional development

Staff development is an essential part of running a successful business and it’s the best way to improve knowledge and competence across the company. But finding time to review development opportunities or training needs is not always easy.

One of the many benefits of UKALA membership is the access to a variety of trusted and recognised training courses on offer to help to equip your staff with the knowledge needed to effectively run the business, while developing a better understanding of the lettings industry as a whole.

The range of face to face training courses are designed to suit the individual needs of your business and we provide a tailored and flexible approach to professional development by also offering free online routes to learning.

Alternatively UKALA members have free access to the comprehensive Online Library, giving you the option to undertake the training you need with maximum convenience and minimal time spent out of the office. We are also able to offer group discounts and deliver training on your very own doorstep, taking the hassle out of the process and saving you even more time and money.

UKALA members can save over 20 per cent* per course booking and our unique relationship with the National Landlords Association (NLA) also gives you access to NLA-run training courses at similarly discounted rates. So if you’re interested in developing a better understanding of the lettings industry for real value for money, then check out the courses available through UKALA.
