Ever-growing hybrid estate agency Hortons has finally launched in Surrey and recruited ex-Keller Williams agent Iwan Hall (main picture) to spearhead its expansion.

Hortons launched its self-employed model for estate agents in 2016 and says its Surrey proposition will be based in Guildford, calling the set up ‘a significant step forward’ as the company continues to grow its presence across the country.

LEAVING SCHOOL

Hall brings a wealth of experience to the role having started his career in estate agency straight rafter leaving school and has successfully operated as a self-employed agent working for Keller Williams UK.

He says his decision to join Hortons is driven by the ‘alignment of values, a commitment to unparalleled customer care’ as well as access to ‘cutting-edge marketing technology’ and the opportunity ‘to collaborate with a well-established and respected brand’.

He adds: “I am excited to join Hortons and embark on this new journey. We’re absolutely focused on delivering a better way to move home to the people of Guildford.”

HIGH CALIBER

Adam Horton, Hortons Founder, says “We’re delighted to have another high caliber agent join our team.

“Whilst we’re expanding across the country, the most important factor in our expansion is attracting experienced, high quality agents and building a thriving community.

“Iwan is the epitome of what it means to be a Hortons partner and we are looking forward to working with him to make Hortons the agent of choice for home sellers in Guildford.”

The Neg reported last year how Hortons had acquired the sales arm of competitor Fothergill Wyatt, helping make it one of the largest independent firms in the Midlands covering eight counties.
