Growing London estate agency LiFE Residential is hiring 12 new team members as part of an extensive growth strategy to meet ever-increasing demand for their services.

The Neg reported last week how the estate agency had opened a new office in West London after strong growth saw revenue of £16.9 million last year with its annual rent roll hitting £100 million.

The 12 new recruits will join LiFE’s network of eight offices across the capital covering Park Royal in Brent; Canary Wharf; Nine Elms; South Bank; Greenwich; North and City and Royal Wharf alongside dedicated offices in Birmingham, Singapore, Shanghai and Hong Kong.

Richard Conway says: “For many investors, they’re seeking a real estate agency that can assist with and lead on every aspect of their investment and subsequent property management, even down to helping with furniture installation to get their asset ready for occupation as quickly as possible.”

PERSONALISED

And he adds: “By allocating personal property and account managers, each client can receive personalised, friendly advice rather than feeling like a number.

“Our Asia offices help clients to purchase and manage their investment portfolio in the UK, whilst delivering top-quality customer service in their language and time zone.

“Our team is passionate, highly qualified and proactive and we’re excited for this chapter of growth.”
