Dexters acquires major London estate agency

The London firm has purchased LiFE Residential, including its offices in Asia, where many of its landlords are based.

Dexters has acquired LiFE Residential, a multi-national estate agency specialising in lettings, property management and new home sales

LiFE Residential has a network of eight offices in London, as well as bases in Singapore and Hong Kong. and currently manages some 5,000 properties in the capital.

The acquisition of LiFE Residential now gives Dexters a foothold in Asia.

Team management

Led by CEO Andy Shepherd and chairman Justin King, Dexters’ senior management team will be working with their new LiFE Residential colleagues, headed up by director Josh Larn who runs the sales and lettings operation and director Teresa Duarte, who is responsible for property management and support services.

LiFE Residential is the appointed specialist letting and management agent for several high-profile London developers, including Galliard Homes.

Dexters acquired Marsh & Parsons in January, and the group now operates 155 offices across London.
