Making moves in Yorkshire

One of Yorkshire’s largest independent estate agents has welcomed David Simms to head up its residential sales team at the firm’s Guiseley office.

David joins Dacre, Son & Hartley from a national estate agency group in Leeds and offers a wealth of local property market knowledge, having lived and worked in the area for many years.

In his new role he will be responsible for managing sales throughout Guiseley and its surrounding towns and villages including Hawksworth, Yeadon, Rawdon, Apperley Bridge and Carlton. David said: “I’m joining Dacres at a particularly busy time for the local property market. The pandemic has made a lot of people reassess their property priorities, so we’re currently seeing very high demand for good sized family homes with gardens.”

Dacre, Son & Hartley has been operating in Yorkshire for over 200 years.
