Billy Harvey joins Wilfords Kensington as Head of Sales
Wilfords London has hired the new Head of Sales for its Kensington branch from Lurot Brand.
Independent estate agent, Wilfords London, has welcomed Billy Harvey to its Kensington branch as Head of Sales. Billy will be focused predominantly on winning instructions and looking after the agency’s clients across Kensington & Chelsea, Notting Hill, Holland Park and Bayswater.
Having started his career in 2010 at Savills in Kensington selling flats, Billy subsequently helped the agency open the new Notting Hill office on Westbourne Grove. He then moved to the Savills Chelsea office where he helped run the ‘core team’ selling houses and flats up to the value of £3m.
Itching for independence
The call of working for a more independent style agency proved strong and Harvey left Savills in 2016 to work for his father’s independent property consultancy, Harvey Property Limited as a Director. There he helped clients and buyers buy and sell property in Prime Central London. In 2021 Billy joined Lurot Brand, where most recently he was the Head of Sales in South Kensington.
