City Property Lets is second acquisition for Somerset agent
West Coast Properties has opened a 6th branch following the acquisition of City Property Lets in Bishopston.
Rental and student letting business, City Property Lets, has been acquired by West Coast Properties.
The branch, located on Gloucester Road in Bishopston, will now take the firm’s managed portfolio to in excess of 1,000 properties across Bristol and Somerset.
Company Directors, Nick Webber and Lindsay Pickles, commented: “We’re absolutely thrilled to have been given the opportunity to take over the management of this portfolio. Expanding our network with this acquisition is a fantastic step, bringing our sixth High Street branch to life.
“Our last branch opening was at the top of Gloucester Road in Patchway, so it’s fantastic to now have a branch further down the Gloucester Road. Between the two, we will be able to offer a more personal and convenient service to Customers in the area.”
Confident handover
Susan Powell, who ran the City Property Lets portfolio for many years, added: “Having built City Property Lets Ltd from its inception in 1996, it was very important to me that the business was passed to caring professionals whom I found in Nick and Lindsay.
