Blue Book Agency has welcomed Theo James-Wright as a director, specialising in the sale of country homes across the Southern Home Counties.

With over a decade of experience in the property industry, both selling and buying homes for clients, Theo brings extensive expertise and knowledge in the region and will once again be working alongside co-founder, Lindsay Cuthill, with whom he previously collaborated with at Savills Country Department.

In addition to his success at Savills, where he was instrumental in the sale of some of the region’s most historically and architecturally significant homes, Theo was most recently Partner at The Buying Solution, where he specialised acquiring homes for clients across Surrey, Sussex, and Kent.

Lindsay commented: “Theo’s ability to connect with clients and provide expert guidance aligns perfectly with Blue Book Agency’s ethos of offering a highly personalised and expert service.
