New Estate Agency Director appointed to cover Essex for Spicerhaart

Former Branch Partner of haart in Witham, one of the most profitable Spicerhaart branches in the country, Dan Augustin, has taken on the role of Estate Agency Director for the firm in Essex.

Dan, who has been an estate agent for 13 years, said: “We worked hard to push the Witham branch to the top of the tree, growing our fees, increasing sales volumes and becoming the market leader. It’s been an incredible journey and I’m immensely proud of what we’ve achieved as a team.

“Now I’ve got 12 branches to look after it’s my intention to do the same, supported by excellent marketing, first-class technology and a desire to create a high performing team. My goal is to replicate our success across Essex and Suffolk, and inspire each branch to reach its full potential.”
