Sophie Norris is the latest agent to join Moveli, the rapidly expanding upper-market (self-employed) brokerage model.

The company, which has grown over 50% so far in 2025, and now has over 60 brokers, prides itself on the experienced network, with its agents having on average 18.5 years experience.

Sophie herself has been in the property sector over 15 years, having previously worked for Foxtons, Savills and Hamptons. She also spent time working in the Dubai real estate market before returning to the UK in 2020.

Broker is best

As Sophie admits in her personal profile: “In 2023 after having my son, I decided to go self-employed and it was the best decision I’ve made; it doesn’t feel like a job anymore and I love working with my clients more than ever now.”
