Hamptons boss hops to Strutt & Parker
Strutt & Parker has announced the appointment of former Hamptons boss, Kraig Butler, as Head of Residential Sales in Gerrards Cross.
Former Hamptons agent, Kraig Butler, has joined Strutt & Parker as Director and Head of Residential Sales in the consultancy’s Gerrards Cross office, following 24 years with his previous firm.
Having headed up offices in Maidenhead, Rickmansworth and Amersham, Kraig brings over two decades of experience in the north-west Home Counties to Strutt & Parker.
He also has an extensive track record in opening new offices, defining fresh territories in existing branches, and expanding teams, so is well-placed to lead Strutt & Parker’s Gerrards Cross office, which last month saw a 54% increase in applicants looking to buy compared to the same time last year.
Kraig will be working closely with the established residential sales team in Gerrards Cross, who cover both the town and surrounding villages.
Broadening coverage
