Toby Downes has joined independent buying agency, Haringtons, as its London Specialist following a successful 17-year career working at three of the city’s top agencies.

Since 2006, Toby has worked both in the Super Prime Residential Development market working on landmark developments as well as in the Prime Residential Sales market. He joins Haringtons as a Buying Agent, advising international investors and private clients in London’s Prime and Super Prime Markets.

Toby said: “2023 presents many opportunities in London, the currency play and nervousness surrounding the political and economic climate catching the attention of the cash rich dollar-based buyers who have been watching recent events unfold with gusto. Toby will be working across Prime Central London with clients largely looking for luxury new builds and family homes around £5m+ mark.
