Lomond’s John Ennis joins LonRes Board

Chief Revenue Officer at Lomond, John Ennis, has joined the LonRes board as a non-executive director.

Former Foxtons Managing Director and now Chief Revenue Officer at Lomond, John Ennis, has joined LonRes as a Non-Executive Director on the data platform’s board.

For the first 23 years of his career, John helped grow Foxtons from 10 to over 60 offices and played a pivotal role in the company’s flotation on the London stock exchange. As the agency’s Managing Director, he launched the China and Asia Pacific Desk, Foxtons Private Office and its Online Auction Department.

In 2022 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Chestertons’ Global Ltd where he helped grow revenues and bottom line profits. He led the successful sale of the agency in October 2023.

In May 2024, he joined Lomond, one of the UK’s largest acquirers of estate and lettings agency businesses, as Chief Revenue Officer.

John is also a board member of CLEA (Central London Estate Agents).

Undisputed knowledge

Speaking of his appointment, John said: “I have been a big fan of LonRes for many years and logging on to the platform is one of the first things I do every morning. It is an essential tool and enables agents to share and do business in a professional and collaborative way.
