MD Paul Hardy announces strategic partnership with B-hive Block Management to boost franchisees' growth potential.
In a new collaboration with a specialist block and estate management firm, franchise partners of LSL Estate Agency Franchising (LSL EAF) will be able to significantly enhance their service offerings to clients.
B-hive Block Management Partners, part of the Vegner Group, will handle the back-office operations for LSL EAF’s partners, which includes the brands Your Move, Reeds Rains, Davis Tate, and Intercounty.
This includes service charge accounting and compliance, allowing the local agents to focus on managing the day-to-day client relationships, promoting their own brands and delivering a full range of property services.
By combining B-hive’s comprehensive back-office expertise with the local knowledge and customer service focus of the LSL EAF agents, the partnership is set to give the franchise partners a competitive edge in the property management market.
