A highly regarded sales director, Neir Gigi, joins Savills to head up its Hampstead sales department.

With 25 years’ worth of experience operating in the prime and super prime markets of central and north west London, Neir is recognised in Spear’s 500 index of the best property agents and has made the move from Knight Frank where he was a partner and head of its St John’s Wood sales operation.

Prior to that, Neir spent c.15 years’ with Goldschmidt & Howland, working across both residential agency and new homes, rising to Board Director at the firm. Having handled the sale of some of the region’s highest value and most notable properties, Neir has achieved record sales prices for clients and brings significant expertise at the top-end of the market, as well as strong contacts on a local and global scale.

High-performing

A senior appointment for Savills residential sales division, Neir has led multiple award-winning and high-performing teams in previous roles. At Savills, Neir will work closely with colleagues in neighbouring offices including St John’s Wood, Marylebone and Primrose Hill, pulling in expertise from the Private Office and residential development sales.
