John D Wood & Co. has announced the appointment of Jared Kilgarriff as Lettings Regional Director for Central London, effective immediately. In this key role, Jared will drive the lettings strategy across the region, reinforcing the strength of the brand and supporting its growth ambitions.

Jared brings 23 years of extensive experience in lettings. Prior to joining the business, he was a Partner at Knight Frank, where he managed the South Bank region and before this, he was a Director at Kensington-based Mountgrange Heritage, where he successfully grew the business and guided the lettings team to beat targets each year since taking over.
