Respected Bristol property specialist, Andrew Simmonds, has joined Parker’s Estate Agents in Backwell, North Somerset, as a board director.

An associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Andrew has worked in the residential property sector since 2005, most recently with developers on sales strategies for new build homes.

He said: “There is such a diverse range of properties in Nailsea, Backwell and the other North Somerset villages and it is an attractive place for people to live. My aim is to build upon the already strong reputation that Parker’s has built, since it was founded by Tim Parker in 1989 and give local people the service they need and deserve.”

His appointment follows the retirement of Virginia Madan and he joins experienced long-serving director, Juliet Noble, who commented: “It is great to attract someone of Andrew’s calibre and experience to Parker’s and he has the enthusiasm and drive to help us ensure we keep improving our service to the residential property market in the area.”
