Sladen Estates has strengthened its senior team with the appointment of a Development Director and a new Finance Director.

Rachel Wood joins as Development Director, joining Nick Sladen, Chief Executive of Sladen Estates, 12 years after the pair first worked together.

Rachel, who has 25 years of development experience, will have the responsibility to contribute towards the growth of the business throughout the UK but with a particular focus on the northern regions.

Rachel said, “Nick has excellent development acumen which, when combined with the financial strength behind the company and the existing team, provides a perfect development platform. The property market at present provides excellent opportunity so I am very excited to be joining the team and getting back out into the market.”

Joining Rachel is Rebecca Wright – who has worked for Sladen Estates for nearly 10 years – and takes on the role of Director of Finance having completed a series of professional qualifications while working at the firm.

Having started her career at Sladen Estates in a general admin role, Rebecca progressed into an accounting role and then to PA to chief executive, Nick Sladen.
