Following Emily Hayward’s relocation to Savills in Banbury, the lettings and property management expert is delighted to welcome Max Utting as Head of Savills Summertown Lettings.

Max joined the lettings department of Savills Henley in 2013 and relocated to the Savills lettings head office in London where he has managed a team for the past 18 months. He lives locally and, as a graduate from Oxford Brookes University and having previously worked for a local property firm in Bicester, Oxford and its surrounding villages is an area Max is intimately connected with.

He says, “I feel incredibly fortunate to be given the opportunity to return to work in my home area which I love and to be using my knowledge and expertise of the property industry, which I grew up with.
