New home to hang its hat branch just 18 months after launching the business.

Independent agency, Hat and Home, has opened its third branch just 18 months after launching the business.
The new office in the thriving Berkshire town of Bracknell follows the opening of the original branch in Wokingham last February and Crowthorne office nine months later.
Founder, Ben Gee, commented: “Bracknell is a great fit for Hat and Home as it borders our two existing offices in Wokingham and Crowthorne. The regeneration of Bracknell town centre over the past five years has supported the growth of housing stock in the town which attracts a wide demographic of home movers.”
The 2,000 sqft premises in the award-winning Lexicon retail centre features Hat and Home’s signature bowler hat lights, exposed brick walls, living moss wall and framed Paul Young album. The design brief was to create a welcoming environment which captured the imagination of the public, a healthy and positive workspace for the team and to reflect our brand values.

Hat and Home are well known for their distinctive marketing campaign featuring a bowler hat morphed into other objects which represent their proposition and service offering.
The sales operation will be headed by Annabelle Blythe while the lettings division will be overseen by Liz Gamlen.
Director, Luke Strzadala, knows exactly what Bracknell has to offer. “Fantastic schools, plenty of green open spaces and a plethora of leisure facilities make Bracknell a superb place to live and work,” he said.
