West Hampstead-based property specialists, Paramount Properties, has expanded the team as the firm increases its share in the local sales and lettings market across the capital.

Strengthening the asset management team is property manager Dan Chandler (main image, left). Previously working for an independent agency in Leighton Buzzard as a lettings negotiator, he was responsible for managing a portfolio of rental properties and overseeing compliance, maintenance and client relations.

Paramount has also welcomed two new entrants to the property sector.

Joining as client accounts is Hunter Schell (main image, centre), who has a background in supply chain management, procurement and contract management as well as working as a wedding photographer.

Following a background in recruitment, Isabella Bolongaro (main image, right) is taking on the responsibilities of the welcome desk.

Bridging the gap

Property manager, Dan Chandler, said: “It’s such an exciting time to be joining Paramount right now as the business continues to excel. My role is to be the bridge between an owner’s goals and a renter’s ideal home, making sure the property delivers on both sides.
