Newly launched lettings department gets prime boost

Jamie Rose-Walker has been appointed Head of Super Prime Lettings for Chestertons, while William Ridge joins the team as an Associate.

With a network of over 30 branches across London, including 10 in Prime Central London, Chestertons runs one of the capital’s largest lettings operations and it launched its Super Prime Lettings department last year to focus specifically on high-value lettings.

Appointed to lead the team, Jamie has been at Chestertons since 2020 when he joined the company’s Kensington Lettings team.

Following a successful stint there, he was promoted to take over the Notting Hill office, before joining Key Clients department, looking after some of Chestertons’ largest high-value landlord clients.

Making moves

William moved to Chestertons from Draker Sloane Square, where for over four years he specialised in long and short-term tenancies across Chelsea, Kensington, Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Mayfair, Notting Hill and Marylebone.

Jamie commented: “Having invested heavily and consistently in its Lettings operations over the past 10 years, Chestertons has established itself as one of the most effective agents in London and I’m excited to build on this momentum and deliver a highly bespoke service that is relentlessly client-centred.”
