Partridge Homes prepares for block management launch
West Midlands lettings agency, Partridge Homes, hires two senior property experts as it prepares to launch its new block management division.
Partridge Homes has bolstered its senior team ahead of the launch of its block management division.
The West Midlands lettings agency has welcomed Nicola Hall (main image, left), who joins the business after 21 years at Scanlans Property Management, where she specialised in block management, and Sarah Bannister (main image, right), formerly of Martin and Co Solihull.
Charlotte Partridge, Managing Director (main image, centre), said: “For Nici and Sarah, with their wealth of experience, to choose to join our family business over a number of much larger corporate firms makes us incredibly proud.
“Since Partridge Homes was established nearly 20 years ago, we have grown steadily by sticking to the simple strategy of sourcing great tenants and great landlords – and keeping both happy.
“Sarah and Nici will be key to continuing this winning formula, including with the launch of our new block management division later this year.”
Preparing for launch
The company’s block management division, due to begin operating this autumn, comes amid growing demand from freeholders and leaseholders seeking improved service levels.
The expansion also comes as the family-run company, with offices in Solihull and Yardley, becomes a member of Propertymark.
Partridge added: “We want our landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers to have the confidence of knowing they are dealing with an agency that is aligned with one of the most recognised and respected professional bodies within the UK property industry.”
Partridge Homes currently manages more than 500 properties across Solihull, Birmingham and the surrounding areas and recently reported that January to April 2026 had been the best opening four months of a calendar year for new lettings since its inception in 2007.
