Portico, the London estate agents, has announced a raft of promotions on the back of its recent acquisition of Spencers, East London estate agents.

Mark Lawrinson will move across to be Regional Director of Spencers’ eight new branches in the group.

Mike Hookway is promoted to Regional Manager at Spencers, to support both the sales and lettings team; Sophie Durkin has been promoted to Regional Director; Lucy Adamson has been promoted to Sales Manager at Portico in Bloomsbury and Daniel Cantle has been promoted to Sales Manager at Portico in Camden.
