Prime residential agency expands its sales and lettings team
A summer surge in sales and lettings activity in North West London has led to Arlington Residential making two key appointments.
Arlington Residential has hired two experienced agency professionals to support the spike in summer sales and lettings deals and help drive the business even further forward, as it celebrates its 30th anniversary.
Having worked in prime lettings with Savills for over 10 years, Robert Lerner has been appointed as Head of Lettings. Robert has built a reputation as one of the most well-known and successful letting agents in North West London and brings with him an unrivalled knowledge of Hampstead, Belsize Park, Hampstead Garden Suburb, Highgate and St. John’s Wood.
Robert commented: “I am thrilled to have joined Arlington Residential – an agency I have observed from a distance over years working across North West London. Led by Marc, they have always been a company I have respected greatly. I look forward to continuing to build on the brand reputation established over three decades to provide our clients with an approachable, dedicated, professional and best-in-class service”.
Primed for sales
James Martin has moved from Knight Frank in Queens Park to join Arlington’s sales team as a Senior Sales Consultant. James has over a decade of large corporate agency experience operating in prime sales across North West London, including Hampstead, Belsize Park and Primrose Hill.
James added: “Embarking on a new journey with a well-respected, independently owned firm in North West London marks a significant milestone in my career. After years in corporate estate agency, this transition offers me a refreshing challenge and an opportunity to further my career taking it to a new level. I’m eager to contribute to the team’s success, drawing on the collective experience and hard work that has already set a high standard in the industry”.
Director, Marc Schneiderman, said: “Both James and Robert are great assets to our company and we are delighted to welcome them to Arlington Residential.”
