Property management specialist joins Spicerhaart
The appointment of Sam Cable as Property Management Area Director aims to grow Spicerhaart's footprint in the East Midlands.
Spicerhaart’s new Property Management Area Director has ambitious plans to grow the managed book in the East Midlands by empowering his teams and ensuring high standards for clients.
Most recently Head of Lettings at Leicestershire-based Hortons, where he helped to establish their lettings operation, Sam Cable’s previous experience also includes spells as Area Sales Manager at Connells and Lettings Manager at Countrywide.
The 32-year-old said he is excited to take on greater responsibility at Spicerhaart.
“I’m taking on a larger team within a bigger business than my previous role,” commented Sam. “I have tenacity and drive to ensure my teams feel supported in their roles as Property Managers. I have a keen eye for detail and love to dig deep to ensure we have a risk averse and compliant business in the East Midlands.”
Sam added: “My ultimate goal is to grow our managed book whilst ensuring our landlords and tenants are satisfied with the service they are receiving from my teams.
“I joined Spicerhaart to be part of a progressive company which puts their staff members at the forefront of the business ensuring they are trained well and equipped to do their jobs efficiently.”
15-year career
Sam has been in the industry for 15 years, after his aunt helped him secure a position as an Accompanied Viewer at a student letting agency before he progressed through the ranks.
