Quartet of senior London appointments for Savills
Savills London residential business has welcomed four new members across the capital.
Three new Heads of Lettings have been appointed to its Primrose Hill, Canary Wharf and Fulham and Bishops Park offices while a new Head of Sales joins the Notting Hill branch.
ARL-Aqualified Miles Barnett (right) joins Primrose Hill having spent the last 15 years working in the industry. He will focus on properties at all levels of the market, ranging from flats to family houses.
In East London, Sally Livermore (left) has joined the Canary Wharf office as a director. Sally comes from Felicity J Lord where she was branch partner in Islington, giving her an extensive knowledge of the wider area. Sally will concentrate on modern apartments and period properties in Canary Wharf and Greenwich.
In prime central London, Esmeralda Koletsi (right) has been appointed as head of lettings across both the Fulham and Bishops Park offices. Since starting her career in 2012, Esmeralda progressed from lettings negotiator to most recently lettings manager with Douglas & Gordon where she won a number of company-wide awards. On
the sales side, Daniel Taylor (left) joins the Notting Hill office as head of sales. Having operated within Notting Hill, Kensington and Holland Park for the last 12 years, Daniel comes to Savills with an intricate knowledge of the region and prime market.
