Rural growth for Knight Frank
Three partners have been appointed by Knight Frank, to oversee a new office in Horsham as part of its strategic expansion plans for its UK wide Rural Consultancy offering.
Jamie Evans-Freke, Rachel Patch and Isabel Swift, formerly Directors at Strutt & Parker, bring almost 50 years’ combined experience working within the rural and land management sectors.
Jamie has managed estates all over the UK for private, institutional and charity landowners. At Knight Frank, he is supporting estate owners across the South East of England using the latest cloud based systems, data analytics and research to bring insightful and creative solutions to the challenges of estate ownership.
Rachel has spent the past 15 years with rural estates in Southern England, latterly specialising in estate management and property advisory services for a wide range of clients from private estates through to institutions and corporate firms. Locally, she is a Trustee for the Surrey County Agricultural Society, a committee member for the Surrey CLA Branch and the current Chairperson for the Sussex Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.
Isabel is experienced in providing advice to rural landowners and consultancy services for rural businesses in the South East, and also an Ambassador for the Country Food Trust and an Assessor for the RICS professional qualifications. The Partners are joined by a team of consultants who will be supporting and advising estate owners and rural property businesses across Kent, Sussex Surrey and Hampshire.
James Farrell, Head of Rural Consultancy at Knight Frank, said: “I am delighted that Jamie, Rachel and Issy have joined the team to build our presence in the Southeast.’’
