Sam Wright and Teresa Bielby, who are friends and former employees of Lovelle Grimsby & Louth Lettings, have taken the plunge to become new owners of the business, which is part of the Belvoir Group franchise network.

“Following the departure of former owner Jonathan Lovelle, the opportunity arose for Teresa and I to take on the franchise. After much consideration, we decided the time was right, and that our combined skill sets and professional experience would enable us to make a smooth transition from employees to business owners.

“We are really looking forward to making more improvements and investing further in new technology and systems that will greatly improve the experience of tenants and landlords.

“The rental market in this area is extremely busy at present, with demand for properties outstripping supply. We recently took on a property in Grimsby and very quickly had 100 people registered to view it!”
