Agency has announced the strategic appointment of Harry Kennedy as an Associate Director to enhance client services.
Strutt & Parker has announced the expansion of its Estates & Farm agency department with a new hire for its national team, which specialises in the sale and purchase of high-value farms and estates.
Sam Holt and Will Whittaker, who took over the leadership of Strutt & Parker’s farm agency team in 2024, have appointed Harry Kennedy as an Associate Director. His expertise will strengthen the firm’s ability to guide clients through an increasingly active market and provide the detailed, strategic advice needed in a changing landscape.

Strong demand
The market for agricultural land, farms and estates has faced numerous headwinds in recent months including challenging weather conditions, subsidy cuts and inheritance tax changes, yet demand remains strong. While average land values are near record levels, significant regional variations make expert guidance more important than ever.
Harry joins a team of 18 agents advising clients across the UK on the sale and purchase of farms and estates, Based in Strutt & Parker’s Chelsea office, he brings a wealth of experience from his seven years at Savills, where he specialised in the sale of farms and agricultural land across Norfolk and Suffolk.
His expertise in complex rural transactions and market insight will be invaluable in supporting clients through high-value sales while maintaining the highest levels of service.
