Wards Estate Agents turns 100

Kent estate agency, Wards, is celebrating its centenary year.
Since being founded in Gillingham in 1922, the agency has remained a family-run business and is now operational in over 40 locations.
Services also include lettings, in-house mortgage advisors and consultation to new home developers.
As well as our expanding the agency brand, Wards has continually supported many local charities around Kent, donating over £12 million in over 30 years. To mark its centenary year, the business has partnered with The Children’s Trust to raise vital funds to support children with brain injury in the UK.
Group Managing Director, Aldo Sotgiu, said: “It is with great pride that we celebrate the centenary year of Wards. Supporting such a wonderful community for so many years, we’ve grown with the times to give our customers the best experience possible.
“In the past few years alone, we’ve seen a lot of new property trends, and so many impressive records that have been broken. We’ve stayed a constant by our community’s side in times of need, supporting, advising and helping wherever and whenever we can.
“After 100 years of helping people move forwards on their life’s journey, we are ready for our future and whatever comes our way in the market.”
