New Heads of Sales for Savills

Savills has promoted Dan Fox to head of sales at its Islington office while Felicity Walker has joined the company’s Bishop’s Stortford branch as head of office and residential sales.

Dan Fox - Savills - imageDan, who has over 13 years’ experience in the property industry, was formerly head of department since joining Savills from Knight Frank in 2020 and will now oversee the multi-disciplinary Islington office. He will lead the team handling property sales across the full spectrum of the market as well as growing the office’s profile and its prime residential market share.

Dan commented: “I couldn’t be happier to be starting the year with a new chapter in my career at Savills. This role is the culmination of over a decade’s hard work and enthusiasm in the property industry, in which I continue to develop daily. I’m looking forward to collaborating with the team to grow market share, with a particular focus on evolving the prime market strategy while continuing to provide the highest level of service to our existing clients.”

Felicity Walker - Savills - imageIn Bishop’s Stortford, Felicity joins the company as a Director having previously spent 20 years working for estate agents in prime central London.

As well as overseeing overall strategy and business growth for the office she is also responsible for leading the residential sales team.

“Savills has an outstanding reputation and it’s a real privilege to lead the team here in Bishop’s Stortford,” she said.

“Despite the economic challenges of the last few months we have started 2023 on a good footing. The housing market in and around the town and surrounding villages remains strong.”
