New proptech partnership is ‘game-changer’ for lettings

Fixflo, the UK’s largest property management platform used by thousands of agents, has been plugged into lettings service Teclet.

It claims the new two-way plug-in creates one of the most significant forces in lettings and property management tech.

“This includes tenant’s issue reporting and monitoring of maintenance tasks, keeping landlords updated, automating tasks for the agent or property manager and, when integrated with a client accounting provider, providing a complete end-to-end solution that manages both tasks and finance,” says Simon Bushell, Sales Director at Fixflo (pictured).

Fixflo streamlines the maintenance cycle from creating works orders to receiving invoices in just a few clicks, automate compliance tracking so that safety checks never slip through the cracks and win new clients with a personalised and transparent property management service that does not increase workload.

Property maintenance

Teclet, which is 20% owned by OnTheMarket.com, joins up all the different processes within lettings on one platform including, now, property maintenance management.

“Our integration with Fixflo provides teclet users with the ability to create automated tasks and have full oversight of incoming, progression and completed contractor actions on properties they are letting and managing,” says Teclet director John Evans.
