Alto has launched a Partner Hub for its proptech partners that allows them to self-serve the creation of their integration with Alto.

Through the Partner Hub, proptechs will be able to access API documentation, a test environment and start building their integration.

Once a proptech’s integration is approved by the Alto product team they are onboarded to the Marketplace – joining 12 others including Vouch, Canopy, Goodlord and Fixflo.

Marketplace currently offers proptech integrations to sales and letting agents across nine categories including tenant referencing, tenant maintenance, buyer onboarding and moving services.

With Marketplace now open to all proptechs agents now have more options to customise the cloud-based software and submit requests for new partner integrations via the platform.

Riccardo Dawson, VP of Software at Alto, says: “We’re delighted to make it easier than ever for leading proptechs to join Marketplace and provide best-in-class services to Alto customers as a result.

“This will further unlock the ability for agents to integrate with their proptech partners of choice and improve their day-to-day workflows as a result.”

Chris Hutchinson, Chief Executive of Canopy, adds: “Alto has huge ambitions, and the capability to deliver on their commitment to letting agents. Similarly, Canopy is the industry leader when it comes to using technology to improve processes for both letting agents and renters.”

And Lewis Bray, Head of Partnerships at Fixflo, says: “The integration with Alto makes it possible for property managers to streamline their data and take control of the way they work. What makes our partnership a powerful one is our shared focus not only on improving technology but on making our customers’ working lives better.”
