Ten proptechs to be integrated into Zoopla’s Alto platform

Alto, the cloud-based software for agents and part of Zoopla, has integrated with five proptech partners with a further five coming soon allowing agents to create their own ecosystem.

Current live integration partners include Goodlord, FocalAgent, Vouch, SmartSearch and MoveGenius and cover buyer and tenant onboarding, moving services, property marketing, tenant referencing and tenant maintenance.

Goodlord provides all core tenancy progression tools under one roof and FocalAgent provides fast turnaround and responsive local photographers with integrated property marketing including photography, floorplans, 360 virtual tours, virtual viewings and property videos.

Vouch provides simplified referencing checks and SmartSearch provides simplified AML and compliance checks.

MoveGenius is a one-stop-shop to streamline seller onboarding – digital ID/AML checks, live onboarding tracker and sale-ready sellers.

Partners coming soon to Alto include Fixflo, Homebox, Openflo by Openbrix, Lettings in a box and Anyvan.

Fixflo is a maintenance management tool and Homebox automates all utilities admin for letting agents.

Openflo by Openbrix is a tenant onboarding solution for agents and Lettings in a box provides insurance-approved referencing as well as fraud detection with links to payroll, benefits, and tax records.

Meanwhile Anyvan provides the opportunity for agents to earn commission every time their clients move home – move anything, anywhere.
