2nd summer smash for SDL Property Auctions

SDL Property Auctions has broken the record for the biggest August event in the UK for the second year running. Over 200 lots were featured in the auction, which gave buyers a final chance to benefit from the Stamp Duty reductions.

Among the properties for sale within the threshold were several cottages and period properties.
On the outskirts of the village of Etwall, South Derbyshire, with beautiful views to the front, a modernised cottage on Milton Terrace with two double bedrooms and driveway parking went under the hammer with a guide price of £137,000+.

In nearby Findern, a double-fronted period cottage close to the village green was offered for sale in partnership with Hannells with a guide price of £200,000+.
Church View, a one-bedroom semi-detached character cottage in Bromsgrove featuring beamed ceilings and an inglenook fireplace was marketed with a guide price of £178,000+.
Further north, a period property in Manchester with a guide price of £150,000+ offered spacious accommodation throughout, making it an ideal family home.
SDL’s next national auction is being held on 30th September.
