After his success in the UK EXP has tasked Day with expanding its European operations including in France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Poland, Greece, Germany and Israel.

As part of the ongoing global expansion of US-firm, EXP, it has been announced that Adam Day will be given the role of growing its business in Europe and beyond.

Over the past five years, Day has successfully grown EXP Realty’s UK market to over 600 agents, which has become the company’s largest market outside North America in terms of agents’ commission income.

Glenn Sanford, Founder, Chairman and CEO of EXP World Holdings, said of Day: “His achievements have firmly positioned EXP as the leading platform for self-employed agents in Britain. I am confident that Adam will bring the same level of success to our European markets, further reinforcing EXP’s scale, credibility, and the significant referral business our global network generates.”
Day says: “Growing the EXP UK business from zero agents in late 2019 to 600 in under five years is an achievement I am immensely proud of.“
“Iam grateful for the opportunity to replicate this success across Europe, Israel and Dubai.”
This latest promotion is the latest in a long line of career changes for Day. After a stint in traditional estate agency in Bedford, he established online estate agency Hatched, then joined EasyProperty, eMoov (briefly) and then in 2019, EXP UK.
