Big estate agency reveals new seniors and branches
Jackson-Stops says latest announcement is part of new expansion push particularly into M4 corridor.
National estate agency Jackson-Stops has announced new seniors joining its ranks plus branch openings in Cheltenham and Oundle.
This swells its presence in the UK to 40-plus branches and 25 ‘members’ who are the estate agents who run territories and offices within its company structure.

The new seniors include Chris Jarrett, who has opened a Jackson-Stops branch in Cheltenham following a 13-year stint at Savills.
He says: “In the competitive world of estate agency, brand strength is everything.
“Jackson-Stops stands out as an undoubtedly top-tier brand that offers agents the perfect combination of autonomy and brand recognition. This is precisely why I chose to join.
“The challenges of the current market have only reinforced the value of my decision.
“In a year marked by political and economic headwinds, I’m attracting fresh contacts who immediately recognize and respect the brand – something that’s critically important in today’s estate agency landscape.”
Jarrett is joined at the firm by Brendan May who has launched the new Oundle branch following a recent period spent as training director at Hortons.
And Marcus Browne has acquired rather than launched an existing Jackson-Stops branch in Taunton from Brian Bishop, who is to remain with the business as a consultant. Prior to this, Browne had worked at Knight Frank, Strutt & Parker, Savills and Winkworth.
“These recent additions to the Jackson-Stops network underscore the great opportunities for ambitious estate agents to join an established brand,” says Nick Leeming, Chairman of Jackson-Stops (main image).
“We are particularly focused on expanding along the M4 corridor between Windsor and Bristol, seeking driven professionals specialising in mid to higher-value country markets.”
