Evesham’s Christian Lewis Property has announced its expansion into Pershore, with the acquisition of fellow independent estate agency, Bomford and Coffey.

With a career in property sales and lettings across Worcestershire since 2010 and having spent much of his childhood and early teens in Pershore, Christian Cloke was delighted when James Bomford approached him about taking on the business he has worked so hard to build.

“Since establishing Christian Lewis in 2023, the support we have received has been incredible,” said Christian. “We are delighted to now be expanding into another market town where independent businesses play such an important role in the local community.”

Game changer

Christian added: “Having already achieved a number of significant milestones, including ranking in the top 5% of estate agents in the UK, over 200+ five-star Google reviews, being recognised by Rightmove as a ‘Game Changer’, and becoming the market leader in our current town, this is an incredibly exciting time.”

In June 2025, Christian was chosen as one of six ‘exceptional’ agents to front a Rightmove marketing campaign and was dubbed ‘The solution finder’. The purpose of the campaign was “to remind people of the skill that is demonstrated every day by property professionals and to make sure it doesn’t go unnoticed by people moving home.”
