Connells’ acquisition spree continues apace following the purchase of Devon-based estate agency just weeks after two Scottish agencies were snapped up.

The UK’s largest estate agency group has acquired Ridgewater Property Ltd, which is its fifth so far this year. And Connells doesn’t want to stop there.

Newly-renovated

Ridgewater is a sales and letting agency covering Torquay, Paignton and Brixham in the south west, and adds over 70 sales properties and more than 300 managed rentals to Connells Group’s portfolio.

All staff will stay with the business and integrate into the Connells’ Torquay team in its newly-renovated branch.

Ever-changing

Earlier this month, Connells snapped up two Scottish estate agencies, Campbell & Dean Limited in Falkirk and The Property Store (East Kilbride) Limited.
